Yes! The Starter plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can also use the Free plan indefinitely for up to 20 patients per month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. Monthly and annual billing available (annual saves 20%).
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit carries forward.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Your patient data is yours. After cancellation, you can export all data as CSV. We retain data for 90 days before deletion, giving you time to reconsider or export.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves 20% — Starter at Rs 799/month (billed annually) and Professional at Rs 1,999/month (billed annually).
What happens when my trial ends?
You can either subscribe to a paid plan or continue using the Free plan with limited features. No automatic charges.
